PORTING (transferring existing phone numbers to our system)

If you have existing phone numbers and contract, we will need to begin the porting process.

  1. Please obtain a bill or invoice from your current phone service provider
  2. It must be no more than 30 days old
  3. Upload the bill or invoice using the form below

  • Once your Lotus representative has had time to review your bill/invoice, you will receive an LOA (Letter Of Agency) at the email you provided. This grants us permission to contact your current phone service provider and begin transferring your phone numbers.
